VisualMED Concludes an Italian Marketing Tour-Italian Market Looks to Paperless Solutions

MONTREAL, June 2, 2005 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX) -- VisualMED Clinical Solutions Corp. (NASDAQ OTC BB: VMCS) announces today it has completed a major marketing and technology assessment of the market for Clinical Software in four Italian regions: Rome, Lombardi, Campania, and Abruzo. Product presentations were made to doctors, administrators, hospital owners and other health professionals by our team, led by Mr. Barry Scharf, COO and Vice-president Client Services.

 National and provincial healthcare officials arranged for VisualMed to visit hospitals in Naples, Rome, and Milan, including one of northern Italy's largest and most technologically advanced private healthcare facilities. A significant effort is underway to coordinate the potential deployment of one or several VisualMED systems as part of an emerging National initiative to curb medical errors. Of key importance is the drive to pursue an entirely paperless healthcare delivery system. 

Mr. Scharf reported: "Our efforts in the Italian healthcare market run simultaneously with initiatives currently underway in France." In-depth demonstrations of the VisualMED Suite of Clinical Solutions were given, emphasizing its potential for a large-scale installation and implementation across a hospital network.
