Application modules - VisualPHARMACY

VisualPHARMACY gives pharmacists anywhere in the hospital access to the patient electronic medical record and MAR.  

VisualPHARMACY is used by pharmacists located at a distance from patient care areas to access the patient electronic medical record, MAR and nursing documentation in the same way this information is accessed by care-givers on the ward. Pharmacists are able to determine at a glance which patients on which wards have recent prescriptions, as yet unvalidated prescriptions, or who have prescriptions becoming due for administration. At sites where the electronic inventory system is interfaced with VisualMED, pharmacists can transfer information back and forth between systems with just one or two keystrokes. Expert content already maintained in legacy systems can be maintained and will be displayed to care-givers by the bedside through the VisualMED interface.
